About Shun Classic: Made in Japan, kitchen cutlery is an artform, Shun is widely admired by professional chefs for its precision performance and cutting-edge design. The Damascus-style blade is forged of VG10 "super steel" clad in 16 layers of SUS410 high-carbon stainless steel for an incredibly sharp and long-lasting edge.
