Disc 1: Side A THE TRUE GLORY 1945, B & W, 84 min NR Academy Award winning documentary assembled from actual footage of the WWII allied invasion of Europe, captured by thousands of different camera operators. Starting With D-Day, the documentary covers the major battles all the way to the fall of Berlin, with narration provided by General Dwight D. Eisenhower. Disc 1: Side B KNOW YOUR ENEMY: JAPAN-1944, B & W, 63 min, NR Director Frank Capra (It's A Wonderful Life) created this film for the U.S. government during World War II. Narrated by George Marshall, viewers are introduced to the Japanese, one of America's enemies during the war. TARGET FOR TONIGHT-1941-B & W, 50 MIN. NR First-rate wartime documentary drama from the prolific writer-director Harry Wyatt that details the experiences of a single Royal Air Force Bomber and its courageous crew. FELZUG IN POLEN) 1939, B & W, 34 min, NR This film presents the German account of the Polish Campaign of l939, from the fierce fighting in Danzig, to the struggles along the Vistula, Warta and Bug rivers, to the Siege of Warsaw.
